Damien Woods.

Born here in Brisbane, also having spent a good portion of my life on the Sunshine Coast as well. In the past few years I have had the wondrous opportunity to travel quite extensively. Taking my passion for film photography with me to many spectacular and interesting places. Some of which aren’t what you’d call regular tourist or holiday spots. In between travels, I enjoy exploring Brisbane and SE Qld, in search of new perspectives. Looking at everyday moments and places from a unique point of view.

Having switched from digital to film in 2013, my has work taken on a more personal approach. Steering away from trends, I predominantly shoot street / architecture and landscapes, with blends of the 2. Recently developing a growing interest in automotive (mainly old cars and motorbikes) and more recently portraits.

Obsessed with light and inspired by cinema. I hope to inspire people and draw their interest and curiosity, sharing my passion.
